Return and Refund Policy
Returns, Exchange and Refunds
If any product does not perform as claimed, or is damaged or faulty, we will replace the product or refund your money, for a period of up to 30 days (one month) after your Purchase. If the option of a refund is selected original freight costs will not be refunded.
Please note that if you purchased any Gift Sets/Bundles and decide within your 30 day period that you are not satisfied with a particular product, the entire Set/Bundle contents will be credited and each individual item will be invoiced accordingly.
Accepting returned Products is at our sole discretion.
For all returns, refund and replacement queries please call 9696 7505 and our friendly Customer Care team will assist you with any questions. Alternatively, please contact your personal Sales Consultant who will be able to assist you with all your queries.
Refunds will be made only after we have received the returned Products if applicable. Return postage and handling costs will not be covered by us. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the Products to us.
If you would like to return your Products personally, please email gimme@aglow.sg to make arrangements. Returning your Products can only be made on weekdays during office hours and with an appointment.
If you wish to return any Products, it must be returned with the Invoice which was emailed to you after completion of your Purchase.
Exchanges are only available for Products of an equal dollar value.
Product Warranty
All Products have a one (1) month warranty against faulty workmanship.
All Products are only covered when used for their intended purpose and cared for in the way prescribed on our Website. Please keep your Invoice as proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
