Shipping and Delivery

There will be a delivery charge for delivery to a single address within Singapore and Malaysia. An additional charge may be required for delivery to certain locations such as but not limited to Sentosa. The delivery charge may change from time to time without prior notice to you, however, such changes in delivery charge will not affect the Purchase that has already been placed, accepted and paid. We do not ship internationally.

 

The delivery will be made by third party delivery companies such as Singapore Post or any other delivery company that is appointed by us.

 

Delivery can only be made to a valid address. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

 

The Purchase will be delivered to the delivery address within 7-10 working days, with the exception where a Purchase may have Products that are unavailable. Products will be released when stock is made available.

 

When you receive your parcel, you will find enclosed your Products, and a packing slip outlining your purchased items.

 

If you would like to collect your Purchase, please email gimme@aglow.sg to make arrangements for collection. Collection can only be made on weekdays during office hours and with an appointment.

 

We or our appointed delivery company will deliver the Purchase on the understanding that whoever receives the Products at the delivery address is authorized to receive the Products. A signature of the person accepting the Products as proof of delivery may be required.
